Our process framework supports a wide variety of delivery methodologies including, but not restricted to Agile, V Model, Waterfall and iterative methodologies. This process is further used to standardize the Engagement Delivery and Management practices to ensure execution repeatability across the Organization, enabling continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and efficacy, supporting the establishment of the Organization’s Engagement excellence Framework through proven external assessment methods.
